How to capture a listing
Susbid never visits eBay itself. It reads what you capture. You need two kinds of page: the bid history, and the detail pages of the two most active bidders.
1. The bid history
On the listing, tap the number of bids (for example “14 bids”). Scroll to the very bottom first so the page has loaded every bid and the retractions section, then capture the whole page.
iPhone (Safari)
- Open the listing in Safari and tap the number of bids to open the bid history.
- Take a screenshot (side button + volume up), tap the preview, then choose Full Page at the top.
- Tap Done and save the PDF to Files. Upload that PDF here.
Android
- Open the listing in Chrome and tap the number of bids to open the bid history.
- Take a screenshot (power + volume down), then tap Capture more or the scroll arrow until the whole bid list is in.
- Upload the long screenshot here.
eBay app
- The app has no full-page screenshot. Open the bid history and take a screenshot.
- Scroll down so the next bids show, with a little overlap, and take another. Repeat to the end of the list.
- Upload all the screenshots together, top of the page first.
Desktop
- Open the bid history in your browser.
- Use your browser’s full-page screenshot (Firefox: right-click › Take Screenshot › Save full page) or Print › Save as PDF.
- Upload the image or PDF here.
2. The two most active bidders
After you confirm the bid history, Susbid names the two bidders with the most bids. On eBay’s bid history, tap each of those masked names (like a***b (12)). The page that opens is that bidder’s 30-day summary. Capture it the same way and upload it in step 2. One bidder per upload.
Tips
- Don’t crop. Header and all is fine: Susbid ignores your own account details and never stores them.
- Zoomed-out captures are harder to read. Normal text size works best.
- Several screenshots of one page are fine. Upload them together, top first, with a little overlap.
- Screenshots are deleted as soon as they’re read.
